Sam is a powerful advocate for accessible homes for disabled people.  Together with Housing Association Habinteg, and working alongside tenants and campaigners, Sam successfully raised the profile of this issue which helped lead to a new government consultation on accessible housing. By sharing her story with national decision-makers, the media and the general public, Sam has helped make change happen.

Sam has been a Metro.co.uk columnist for two years and in that time she has helped shape discussion about some of the most pressing issues disabled people are facing today. She is a true activist, constantly striving to make the world a better place. It’s a pleasure to be able to work alongside her.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam during our #SmearForSmear campaign in 2020 and are lucky to have had her support since then. She was a dream to work with and generous in sharing her experiences in order to make other people feel less alone. Sam is such an engaging speaker, who immediately understood what our campaign needed and made our job of filming her really straight forward!

Sam’s appearance on Loose Women in support of #SmearForSmear was definitely one of the campaign’s highlights. She fully understood our messaging and the appearance did a great deal to raise awareness of smear tests and HPV. Sam is really reliable and has continued to lend her voice to our campaigns in creative and relatable ways.

Sam brings the house down. I’ve worked with her for more than two years on our own stage at RISE and now with our key clients in the fashion, tech and health sectors. Part teacher, part entertainer, she wins hearts and minds with every talk. Hire her, before I do again!

Samantha has been a columnist for PosAbility Magazine for over five years and her writing has always been exceptional. Her witty nature, her passion and her unique voice comes through in all her columns, she is unafraid of tackling difficult issues and highlighting important topics, and her work is always on time. It is a privilege to work with Samantha.

Samanatha’s disability awareness training is extremely powerful and manages to cover so much ground in 3 hours – the medical and social models of disability, unconscious bias, ableism, language and practical advice. Her presentation style is warm and welcoming, but also powerfully honest. She includes effective exercise to facilitate great interaction and important self reflection. A truly transformative 3 hours which we recommend for absolutely everyone.

Samantha’s session was brilliant. She is extremely engaging and brings lots of energy. I genuinely felt like I was in the room with her, rather than on Zoom. We learned lots and walked away with knowledge on how we can be better allies.
